A comprehensive benefits program is offered to all Pullman Regional Hospital staff members who are in positions of 20 hours per week or more.
Medical Insurance - High Deductible Health Plan with a Health Savings Account includes Pharmacy
Dental Insurance - Preventative, Basic, and Major services provided along with the option for orthodontic coverage
Vision Insurance - Annual routine eye exams, eye glasses and contact lenses
Life Insurance - Coverage of one times annual base pay not to exceed $50,000 paid by the employer
Accidental Death and Dismemberment - Coverage of one times annual base pay not to exceed $50,000 paid by the employer
Long Term Disability - Coverage for partial of permanent disabilities that exceed 180 days paid by the employer
Deferred Compensation Program - Employees may choose to participate in a deferred compensation program with an employer matching program after one year of service
Voluntary Insurance Benefits - Additional insurance coverage may be purchased for Term Life Insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Universal Life Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance and Short Term Disability Insurance
Tuition Reimbursement - Assistance is offered for both undergraduate and graduate programs
Personal Leave Time (PLT) - This program provides for 168 of leave time in the first year of employment for vacation and holiday time and allows employees flexibility in planning for their time off needs. PLT hours increase with years of service.
Sick Leave - This program is a paid time off program that is separate from PLT. Sick leave may be used for personal illness or healthcare appointments, illness or injury of an immediate family member, or for a temporary disability.
Parking - Free on-site parking
State Income Taxes - There are no state income taxes in the State of Washington
